La Semana Europea de la Energía Sostenible (“European Sustainable Energy Week 2016 – EUSEW”), organizada por la Comisión Europea,  tendrá lugar en Bruselas y en toda la Unión Europea del 13 al 17 de Junio de 2016.

La Semana Europea de la Energía Sostenible (EUSEW) organiza, durante un mes, una serie de actividades para construir un futuro energético seguro para Europa. Reúne a las autoridades públicas, empresas privadas, organizaciones no gubernamentales y consumidores para promover iniciativas de ahorro energético y energías renovables para conseguir un sistema energético seguro, limpio y eficiente.

Usted puede participar en la EUSEW:

       organizando un Día de la Energía, http://eusew.eu/about-energy-days

       participando en la competición de los Premios Europeos de la Energía Sostenible 2016, http://eusew.eu/about-awards-competition

       asistiendo a alguno de los numerosos eventos que tendrán lugar durante todo el mes de junio (“Networking Village”, http://eusew.eu/about-networking  y “Policy Conference” http://eusew.eu/about-conference )

Los premios Europeos de la Energía Sostenible 2016 incluyen cuatro categorías:

       Consumidores

       Empresas

       Sector Público

       Ciudadanos

The Policy Conference is the most important European conference dedicated to sustainable energy policy issues. Sessions organised by the European Commission and energy stakeholders debate new policy developments, best practices and sustainable energy ideas, while networking events forge alliances. Awards for outstanding projects begin the week.

WHEN?

EUSEW 2016 will take place from 14 to 16 June 2016.

WHERE?

Two venues host the Policy Conference in Brussels’ Schuman district: the European Commission’s Charlemagne building, and the Residence Palace nearby. The buildings are five minutes apart by foot.

WHO?

Public authorities, energy agencies, industry associations, businesses, civil society organisations and the media are all invited to take part in the conference. Past speakers and participants have come from city councils and the European institutions, private companies and research organisations, citizen groups and NGOs.

WHY?

If your work supports an economy built on clean, secure, efficient energy, this event is for you. The EU Sustainable Energy Week is an opportunity to meet stakeholders promoting energy efficiency and renewable energies, learn about successful policies and inspire innovation to meet the EU’s energy and climate goals.
