Within its business and consulting lines, FAMASE offers its maintenance service and intensive advisory support for the Integrated Management System.
FAMASE’s main objective for GRUPO ARCESE will be to support and advise through an external consultant who will work alongside the Integrated System Manager and according to a schedule of planned visits, allowing the company’s manager to focus on developing the main system monitoring activities, achieving greater effectiveness.
In turn, our consultants will work hand in hand with senior management to achieve the goals set by the organization for the benefit of an international brand projection.
