A clear objective is to guarantee, through the Integral Maintenance of Building plan, the total management of the buildings or offices that the COMPANY has spread across different geographical areas.
By guaranteeing the lifespan of the buildings with general maintenance services and taking advantage of the implemented synergies, we jointly manage those services referred to as “common elements.”
The Famase project has planned to establish a structure for the project, so that the client has a dedicated Facilities Services Coordinator (FSC) exclusively for the contract to ensure excellent management of resources and results.
Management by an external Consultant or Auditor allows for in-depth knowledge of the facilities as well as the ability to adopt measures tailored to the client and their real needs, rather than a standard approach.
