PepsiCo has entrusted the Famase FM&S Group with the management of its corporate buildings, contracting our Facility Management model and the IMoB programme to meet the needs of its buildings.
Integrated Management, or Integral Maintenance of Building IMoB, is the working discipline that enables our client to contract, manage and resolve services external to its core business.

PepsiCo products are enjoyed more than one billion times a day in more than 200 countries and territories around the world. PepsiCo generated more than $86 billion in net revenue in 2022, thanks to a portfolio of convenient foods and beverages that includes Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, Gatorade, Pepsi, Mountain Dew, Quaker and SodaStream.
The history of PepsiCo in Spain dates back to the 1950s with the introduction of the Pepsi soft drink brand, and later with the acquisition of the Matutano plant in Burgos in 1971. Over the years, PepsiCo continued to grow and invest in expanding and diversifying its portfolio, adding the KAS brand in 1992 and the Alvalle gazpacho brand in 1991, while the company gradually introduced new products from its global portfolio.
Famase FM&S develops and applies the Facility Management discipline for all its clients, and has the capability to offer all services—both soft and hard services—that are necessary and are not the core activity of their business. Harmonising and standardising projects for our clients requires specific technical involvement that adapts to any of their needs.
